I have been told by a paver restorer company that Deco (30?) has a 3 year warranty against all problems. Any comments? Also, after a heavy rain will I have puddles that take a while to dry once sealed?

Nothing will look great for 3 years but most sealers will easily last that long. They just fade some and nothing can look great for 3 years. Two is normal for reapplication. Rain does not puddle on pavers when sealed.
