I have hired a professional driveway paver sealer licensed contractor to pressure wash, sand, and seal my 3,500 sq. ft. driveway and walkways. I have 4″ x 8″ brick pavers. I want the wet look, with a darkened matte finish. I do want joint stabilization. I am not worried about ease of application since I am hiring it done. Never heard of or used Cobble Loc so not sure if any good. Nothing lasts 3 years so be skeptical of that. $1 a foot is reasonable.
What sealer would you recommend for my application. Last sealer for my pavers were applied when the pavers were installed in November of 2016, five years ago. The sealer used then was Lifetime Waterproofing Sealant by Coatings International. It was a silcone rubber sealant.

Howdy, I have a 6400 sq ft warehouse building with a machine troweled concrete floor. We used Vseal 101 as a penetrating sealer a few years ago but am now looking for a glossy look sealer or top coat to use on the concrete now. Main goal is to cut down on dust and efflorescence while adding some sheen. What do you recommend?
