I have a two car garage (20 x 23 feet) and bought six gallons of Restore-A-Garage in Canadian gray. You could probably get away with 3 gallons if ok with a thinner coat. Would be hard to apply that much in the 30 minutes you have to work. Six gallons gave a great thicker coat that was easier to apply. Applied three gallons at a time. I’m not using on any floor surface. Instead, I have made a rock garden design of many sizes and colors of stone. I wish to ‘cement’ the stones together so no vandal can come and destroy the design. We have a condo that has concrete floors under carpet. We are removing the carpet and are contemplating just painting the concrete (and using rugs). It is interior (obviously), about 600 square feet, we want it to be low-profile, nothing that stands out, basic color that will go with any wall color. I have an 370 ft concrete slab, former garage, to be used as an interior residential space in Southern California. There is some risk for dripped standing water, but no risk for oil or grease spills. The surrounding soil is dry and temperatures remain above freezing all year. I have grinded and slightly polished the 4 inch deep slab. It is clean and smooth to touch without sealers or other coatings. The clients desire a smooth semi-gloss to gloss, low-maintenance finish. There are a few hours of direct sunlight that will hit the floor daily.

It appears to be sealed (water doesn’t penetrate), it has a dark, somewhat glossy finish but I’m not entirely sure it was sealed. Approx 200sq ft. No oil or grease spills since it is a new build. I want to coat a garage floor that the finish is pitted badly and would like to know if there is a product that would fill in the rough finish, also part of the floor extends past the door to the outside. will these finishes work outside.

No coating or sealer will be able to prevent moisture from seeping or coming through a concrete slab surface. They will only work to prevent it from soaking into a surface. I want to paint a 275 sq. ft. (4.7′ x58.5′) exterior concrete front porch gray. It has never been coated and there are no oil or grease spills. I recently had it repaired, i.e.. existing cracks were ground and filled flush with cement and a deteriorated 66” x 8″ section was cut and removed and new high strength concrete installed. What do you recommend? I can provide a photo if necessary.
Sorry but you cannot use an Epoxy Coating for the exterior porch. We do not work with concrete paints either as they tend to peel so not sure what will work.

I am looking to seal 40 foot shipping container floors that are old, in rough shape and are always treated with pesticides. Sealing is a lot less difficult than removal, repair and new installation. I am looking for a safe, solvent free solution to seal these floors quickly and without too much prep. Simply put, they don’t need to look pretty, they already are pretty rough. I have a stained concrete basement floor. Stained with an acid based stain a few years ago (Kemiko) Want to epoxy now and have scrubbed with TSP. Would like one of the swirled marble look products. Suggestions?
You will need to remove the current coating first. As for the metallic swirled look, we, unfortunately, have not done this so we do not have any experience with any brands.
We are going to restore our stamped concrete flooring inside our pool locker/bathrooms. What product would suggest using on the floor. It has a sealer on the concrete now which will have to remove. You cannot strip off a sealer indoors. It would be too messy with the pressure washing and the chemicals needed to remove it. You also cannot apply an epoxy coating over what you currently have. It will be easiest to just apply another sealer with added anti-slip grip.

Have an 11,000 sq ft warehouse with a 5,000 lb forklift running around moving boxes etc and it has been painted with Duron and Mccormick floor products over the years the last been McCormicks Cote-all. But it looks rough and patchy and I want to put a coat over the top. It has been eaten thru in places by an hyd oil called skydrol but we can scrape that away. What is a decent paint to go over top of all that.

You cannot apply over the paint, you will have to grind it off. Also, epoxy coatings are for indoors only.

Epoxies do fill in small cracks and chips to some extent. You will need to grind off the current paint or coating first.
I’m looking for the best epoxy coating for my situation. I had new concrete poured last fall before the cold weather hit. It’s interior and it’s in my wood shop. Look at using the Restore-A-Garage Epoxy Coating. For the prep, use a concrete cleaner degreaser first to remove the oil spills. Apply and pressure wash off. Let dry and then etch the surface with a concrete acid etch prior to applying the epoxy.

It does come in a few shades of gray and you is glossy as well. You will need to remove the current Epoxy coating you have if peeling. If not peeling, then surface sand the current epoxy so dull any shine and so the new coating can adhere.
