I have a two car garage (20 x 23 feet) and bought six gallons of Restore-A-Garage in Canadian gray. You could probably get away with 3 gallons if ok with a thinner coat. Would be hard to apply that much in the 30 minutes you have to work. Six gallons gave a great thicker coat that was easier to apply. Applied three gallons at a time. Get a squeegee and 18inch roller 3/8″ semi smooth surface roller worked well. You would be better off filling that first with a flexible caulk and then doing the epoxy after.

I have a concrete floor/patio under my 35 year old stilt home in Florida. It has been painted several times over the years and I am looking for the best, longer term solution to brighten up the area. I have a stamprd concrete patio with some ares spalled. I am looking to restore and preserve the surface. What do you recommend?

The photo shows the spalled area of the patio with previous repair with epoxy paint in an attempt to give it a modelled appearance. The size, including the non-spalled area, is 1600 sq ft.
It is not possible to fix the pitting and the uneven staining with a concrete stain. You could try a solid color concrete paint.

I have a 10 year old garage floor down the NJ shore close to the ocean. Humidity is high and water seeps in (not standing water just moisture) in a few spots. Not sure about the fiberglass as we do not do repairs like this. You will need to grind off the concrete coating before using a new epoxy. You need the surface of each area properly prepped or have a new layer of concrete over all. You also are going to have have a hard time using a proper 2 component epoxy that covers only 50 sq feet at a time. When using they are only acive for about 30 minutes or less after mixing.
Hi. An outdoor hallway of a school is in bad condition. Can I apply epoxy paint if there is paint on the surface. It will be well scraped and power washed. I Would like to use flecks to add color… if I polyurethane on top of the flecks, will it be too slippery for children. It’s a covered walkway but will get wet from blowing rain.
